Upon receipt of your request, Ms. Timmons will fill out the necessary information on the certificate, including checking for "adequate progress towards graduation." Once all information is completed Ms. Timmons will mail the Driver's Eligibility Certificate to you.
After completion of your driver's education course and receiving your driver's education certificate please complete the form on this website and upload your certificate. Your information will be sent to Ms. Twala Timmons. If you do not have a google email (gmail) account please contact Ms Timmons at 919-355-8230.
